Taskerise

Your wallet: money in, money out

One wallet covers everything you do on Taskerise, earning and advertising alike. Amounts are in USDT, and every deposit, payment, refund and withdrawal is listed under Wallet → Activity. Download CSV there gives you the whole history, with your balances after each movement, for your own records or an accountant.

Your three balances

  • Available: yours to spend on a campaign or withdraw, right now.
  • Blocked: budget set aside for campaigns you are running. Still yours, and whatever is unspent comes back when a campaign is cancelled or ends.
  • Locked: earnings from a campaign with a guarantee period, shown straight away with the date they become available.

Only the available balance can be withdrawn, so a payout that will not withdraw is almost always still locked.

Adding funds

What you can use depends on the country on your profile. Accounts in Iran pay by bank card through ZarinPal, in Toman. Everyone else pays in crypto and chooses the coin and network on the payment page. Your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed. With crypto, the payment provider keeps its own fee, so the credit can be a little under what you sent.

Cashing out

Withdraw USDT to your own crypto wallet, on TRC-20 or ERC-20, or, for accounts in Iran, to a bank account by Sheba. The minimum is currently 5 USDT, and the form shows exactly what you will receive. A person on our team checks each request before it is paid; you can cancel it until it is approved, and if one is turned down the full amount comes back.

Adding funds needs a verified email; withdrawing also needs two-factor authentication. Double-check the destination, because a transfer to a wrong but valid address cannot be recovered by anyone.

If a deposit has not arrived

Check Wallet → Activity first. If money left your bank or crypto wallet and nothing has arrived after an hour, open a ticket in Payments with the amount, the time and any reference. Please do not start a second deposit to try again; that only creates a second payment to sort out.
