Taskerise

Terms of service

Last updated 29 Sept 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]] for the use of Taskerise at taskerise.com. By creating an account you accept them.

What Taskerise is

A marketplace with an escrow in the middle. Advertisers fund campaigns for social engagement. Taskers claim that work, do it, submit proof, and are paid when it is approved. Taskerise holds the money in between, checks what can be checked, and decides disputes.

We are not your employer, and taskers are not our employees. No employment, agency or partnership relationship is created by using this platform. You are responsible for your own taxes.

We are also not a party to the work itself. The agreement to do a specific task is between the advertiser and the tasker; our role is to hold the funds, apply the rules below, and arbitrate.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18. One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done under your account, so keep your password and your two-factor codes to yourself.

How the money works

The budget is held before the work starts. When a campaign is published, its full cost leaves the advertiser's available balance and is held. A task visible in the feed is already funded.

A platform fee applies on top of the rewards — currently 10%, less any promotion that applies to you. Floor prices set a minimum per interaction type. Both are set by administrators and can change; the quote shown when you publish is the price for that campaign.

A claim reserves one slot for the time limit its campaign sets — 60 minutes unless the advertiser chose another — and expires if nothing is submitted.

The review window is currently 72 hours. If the advertiser does nothing in that time, the submission passes and the tasker is paid. That is a rule, not a penalty.

A guarantee period, if the advertiser chooses one, raises the minimum price per task and holds the reward in the tasker's locked balance until the period ends. Telegram joins are checked again when it ends: if the tasker has left, the reward goes back to the advertiser's available balance. Other tasks are released at the end without a check.

A boost, if the advertiser buys one, puts the campaign at the top of the task list, marked Featured, for the days bought — currently 0.5 USDT a day. It is paid at once from the available balance, is not part of the campaign budget, and is not refunded if the campaign ends, is paused or is cancelled before the boost runs out.

Withdrawals require two-factor authentication, have a minimum (currently 5 USDT) and are reviewed before payment. A transfer to a wrong but valid destination cannot be recalled by anyone — check it.

Balances are held in USDT. Nothing on this platform is a deposit account, an investment or a financial product, and balances earn no interest.

Invites and promotions

Every account has an invite link. Whoever invited the advertiser, and whoever invited the tasker, each receive a share of the platform fee on every task that is paid between them — currently 20% of the fee — into their available balance. The share comes out of the fee, never out of a reward, and is not paid to an account that is not active or to an advertiser who invited their own tasker. An invite is recorded when the account is created and cannot be changed later. The share applies at the rate in force when each task is paid.

We may offer a discount on the platform fee for a while, to new or existing accounts. Promotions do not stack; the largest one that applies to you is used, and the fee is fixed on each campaign when it is published. An offer to new accounts described as lasting for good applies to every campaign you create for as long as you keep your account, including after it stops taking sign-ups. We may still end any promotion, one of these included, for example if it is abused; campaigns already published keep their fee. Promo codes work the same way: each account can use one, ever, it never stacks with a promotion, and a code may be limited to new accounts, to a number of uses or to a date.

If you advertise

Your campaign must be lawful where it runs and must not break the terms of the network it targets. You must have the right to promote what you are promoting. Campaigns in the Custom task category are reviewed by an administrator before going live.

Review honestly and promptly. A rejection must give a reason the tasker could act on. Rejecting real work to avoid paying for it is a breach of these terms, and rejections you cannot justify tend to become disputes you lose.

If you do tasks

Do the work yourself, from the accounts you have registered, and submit proof that actually shows it. Do not fake proof, do not undo work after it has been approved, do not automate claims or submissions, and do not run more than one account.

Work that is undone during a guarantee period may be reversed. Work found to be fraudulent may be reversed at any time.

Disputes

A tasker may dispute a rejection within the dispute window — currently 72 hours. The thread is three-way: both sides and an administrator, with everything visible to everyone in it. The decision is pass or reject, and it is final on the platform. If you believe a decision was wrong, open a support ticket; a second dispute is not the route.

Reputation and suspension

Both sides can vote each other up or down once per campaign. Accumulated negative votes suspend an account automatically at a threshold — currently 10. An administrator can also suspend an account for breaking these terms. Either way you are told.

What we can do

We may change fees, floors and the default windows. A campaign keeps the fee, floor, guarantee premium and review window it was published with; other settings, such as the dispute window and the withdrawal minimum and fee, apply from the moment they change. Money already held is never touched. We may remove a campaign that breaks these terms, suspend an account, and withhold or reverse funds connected to fraud. We may change or discontinue parts of the service.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that a campaign will reach any particular result, or that any counterparty will behave well. We are not responsible for the content of campaigns, for what a third-party network does to an account, or for a payment provider's decisions.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amounts held in your Taskerise wallet at the time the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You may ask us to close your account at any time; balances must be withdrawn first, and open campaigns and claims settle or expire before closure. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Financial records survive closure where the law requires.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of [[JURISDICTION — e.g. England and Wales]], and the courts of [[JURISDICTION]] have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when the rules change, and the date at the top is the last time they did. Significant changes are announced in the app. Questions: [[support@taskerise.com]], or open a support ticket.
